Custom paint is an art with many hours of preparation, painting and further processes once the paint has been laid. This all adds up and a decent quality paint finish can end up costing close to £1000. Automotive quality cast vinyl is a good alternative that is less permanent as it can be removed, but also significantly less expensive because the time spent removing the original paint and all the work post-paint have been removed. The other advantage of vinyl wrapping is the new vinyl acts as a barrier against scuffs, scratches and abrasions to the original paint so if it is ever removed, the paint underneath looks the same as when the vinyl was applied.
